For tracked order inquiries, please provide the following information in your email to quicken the process:

• Full shipping address

Per shop shop policy, we do not take responsibility for lost untracked mail. We do not have any control as to what happens to your order after it is shipped out and fulfilled from our end. Since we cannot locate untracked orders, we also do not offer refunds on them.

Average delivery times:

• Canada: 3-14 business days.
• USA: 10-21 business days.
• Other: 14-29 business days.
