Refund policy

Most of our products are sent with untracked lettermail. We do not have any control as to what happens to your order after it is shipped out and fulfilled from our end. Since we cannot locate untracked orders, we also do not offer refunds on them.

You have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping methods during checkout, and we strongly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping for addresses outside of Canada, and/or if you often do not receive your mail.

Average delivery times:

• Canada: 3-14 business days.
• USA: 10-21 business days.
• Other: 14-29 business days.

We do not discuss orders on any of our social media platforms. Please send me an email through our Contact page if your tracked order was lost.
