✿ Keychains are made with a removable WHITE phone strap and 2 chain links (colours chosen to best match the critter and their clothes). If you would like to see the chain links colours for your critter, or want to customize the colours, please send me an email before or immediately (within 10 minutes) after purchasing.
✿ Figures do not come with any furniture/head props from the photos (cradles, trains, beds, wigs, etc.).
✿ Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen displays.

✿ Why does shipping cost $__?
Sorry, I don't control the shipping costs! This is set by Canada Post. The keychains (excluding smaller ones) are too large to be sent by lettermail within Canada and need to be mailed with a shipping label.

✿ Is there tracking included for shipping?
USA: Tracking is included.
Canada: Options 1-6 will be sent untracked. All other options are shipped with tracking.
International: Please check if your location accepts "Tracked packet" from Canada. If not, your order will be sent with "Small packet - International Air" (untracked).

✿ Will you be restocking __?
Restocks happen every few months; not often! The options at the bottom of the list are usually not restocked once sold out.
